MEMORIES...

So a friend had this on her blog and I decided to try it too. Please everyone do it, it will be so fun for all of us :)

First leave a comment on my blog about a memory you and I had sometime even if you know me a lot or just a little any memory you have of us. Then because you leave a comment you have been tagged and get to copy this tag onto your blog for the memories to come pouring in. Please do it, I'm already trying to remember memories of all my blogger friends.

Now only nice memories ( that especially applies to family members!) Have fun with it and PLEASE do it, I promise it will be fun! Thanks

I thought that this was such a fun post and I'm glad you did it too!
Okay, so... good ol' cosmetology makes you get to know someone real good being with them 8-5 everyday.
I remember a couple of things. I remember your naturally curly hair, I loved it and you hated it. I could never understand why. I also remember that Francie loved you and I could never understand that either!:) I remember your "missionary" Pete and you were so faithful. I remember when you set me up with your brother crazy Rob, he told me how your dad loved Pete because he was the son he never had. I had so much fun with you in cosmetology! It's funny how at the time I HATED it but looking back we had good times! I'm glad we are in touch again!

Like one memory or I could write a booklet. ha, I remember the first time I held you, I felt an overwhelming sensation of love come over me of the great love I have for you. I reflected on it often during the hard years of you calling me a poopy snot mom.I also remember a time when you went to the park, and a bird pooped on your head and you were so distraught. I cleaned you up, but laughed. I remember the first time I saw you after you were in the temple, and I was so overcome with the spirit I couldn't stop crying. It was a pay day for me. Your the best, I love you and really could go on and on. love mom, now what do I do?

The First one that pops in my head is when you and I worked at Melalueca(sp?) you drove me home and it was cold outside and instead of scraping your window(like you should)I suggested you use the window washing fluid, you did and we started to drive home and you couldn't see very well.(wonder why)well we had a good laugh about it if I remember right.

Oh man, once I started thinking about all the memories we've had together, they all came flooding back (and I didn't think we had that many). I remember all the time we spent together working at the good ole Great Harvest--chatting, slicing bread, helping WONDERFUL customers, being pregnant.... I remember all the chats we've had sitting in the awesome spud trucks and fields at break down. I do miss those times. The backing up (especially at Basic--when it's snowing and you can't see anything and then they made us go home), filling up under the digger, treat time, mice, all the many subjects we talked about! Oh ya to the very top comment, I have always loved your curly hair too and know you don't, but I love it! I've always wished my hair was curly! Don't we all want something else!! That's life. And I have been meaning to call you, but when I thought about it the other night, I realized that you are 2 hours ahead of us (right?) and that you were probably in bed--so what time do you go to bed??

I remember seeing you and Pete at church the first Sunday that we were there.I also remember when were saw each other at Waly-mart.
I think a couple weeks later Adam made sure to ask you if you'd call me to do stuff with. He was so worried I wouldn't make any friends, oh how thoughtful.....hee hee - And look at us now.

This blog really got me thinking about our memories together! I was thinking about when the boys were getting together to watch some football game (probably because they were sick of Bachelor night! LOL) and us girls brought our scrapbooking stuff and we worked on making those little books and we had such a great time! That's when we really bonded and became good friends! And I am so glad that we did! Love and miss you all! Tiff

Hey Britt,
I have lots of awesome memories with you! I loved cosmetology, and it was even better because we hit it off from the start and I felt like I had met my "truly best friend" in my whole life! I hated when you didn't make it to school, especially for lunch, when we would take a walk or go to the sub!I always thought it was funny when people would talk to me and they would be talking about a Brittany they would always say "your Brittany" to me, because of the other Brittany (You know the one that loved me :)) so I would know which one they were talking to me about! I love looking back on pictures of our Provo Trip when we stayed at my parents really good friends house, went shopping, ate dinner at the Mayan, and don't forget our dates ha ha that was a funny night! Remember how big that guy was that I got hooked up with by one of my relatives boyfriends son, and we went bowling, well it wasn't really a date I am not really sure what it was! Well I thought I would leave a few memories for you to remember. Anyways, I miss all the good times we use to have! Talk to you later!
Love, Abby
